SYNOPSIS
Inheriting a cabin in the woods after your deadbeat dad croaks sounds like the American Dream to most millennials, so siblings Emma, Beth, and Dustin arrive for a weekend at the lakeside cottage with dollar signs in their eyes.
Practical Emma wants to sell the place; passive income enthusiast Dustin wants to turn it into a vacation rental; Beth just wants everyone to get along. As tensions rise between the three, strange things start to happen around the cabin.
They soon realize something else is already living there — and it has its own plans for the property.
